Main Skills & Knowledges

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in information technology projects with experience in system implementations

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word)

• Technical experience with SQL

• Ability to read and modify Python

• Customer centric mentality

• Ability to multitask and juggle high priority customer issues

• Strong team oriented interpersonal and communication skills

• English level (80%+).

What you`ll do?

• Work with our project managers, product engineers, and clients as their primary point of technical contact for systems and data integrations

• Project & issue management of large technical implementations, understanding requirements, managing expectations, etc.

• Work with distributed teams to successfully integrate customer healthcare data into our data ingestion pipelines

• Responsible for data requirements and ensuring clients provide all necessary data before starting implementations

• Responsible for creating custom mappings of client data to internal systems

• Responsible for recurring data operations to be successful and on time per client agreements

• Write and maintain data operation processes and documentation. Owner of creating and maintaining data specifications, mappings, linage, metadata, etc.
