Softon ITG is a Software Development Solutions company based in the attractive destination of Costa Rica . We are currently servicing markets in the US, and Latin America that need high quality, interactive, and cost effective solutions through outsourcing. We offer viable alternatives for small to mid size companies facing the every growing challenge of increasing Technology cost in a rapid changing environment.

At Softon ITG, our structure is to be as flexible and accommodating as possible to a working model that best fits the needs of our clients. As a young and motivated company, we take additional precautions to build the reputation of a transparent company. ·We strive to provide answers to any concerns or misconceptions related to working with a non domestic company.

Our production center is in the capital,San Jose, just a 3 hour flight from the U.S. It is also managed by an integrated team of local and U.S. personnel with over 10 years of IT experience. Our team is comprised of local management that brings the knowledge that is critical in areas such as recruitment and training, while the American managers ensure the seamless integration of our production center with our clients domestic IT environment.

Softon ITG practices the best principles in the industry that build the foundation for deliveries within time and within budget.

We offer fixed price contracts, when a detailed specification exists. We work on the basis of monthly T & M rates, or we provide your own virtual team that you select and whose activities you control directly. Whatever the project may be, we can discuss the solution that fits your interest best.

With more than 9 years in the Software Development Business, Marco has been involved in many projects for a variety of industries and projects. This entire experience gives him a different market vision that not only creates specialized applications and websites for clients, but create powerful marketing structural tools that allow them to take the advantage and capabilities of the big Internet world. He is always searching for innovative tools and technologies that allow him to provide and achieve this goal. Marco launched Softon IT Group in 2006 following this vision.

With more than 5 years working as a software developer using different programming languages such as C#.NET, VB.NET, PHP, Java, Javascript y C++ and different databases like Oracle, MS-SQL Server, MySQL. He also was involved in SEO (search engine optimization) projects developing tools to make easier this process.
